How QLERQS GmbH handles your personal data.

In short

QLERQS GmbH ("QLERQS", "we") respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect when you contact us via this website, how we store and use it, and how you can reach us about your data. We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site we collect the data you enter — your name, email address, company (optional), the topic you choose, your message, and the timestamp of the submission. We use this data only to reply to your enquiry. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Where we store it

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. When you send the contact form, your submission is transmitted by our form provider Web3Forms, which delivers it to our mailbox by email and keeps a copy for up to 30 days. Our mailbox and any subsequent correspondence are managed by QLERQS. These providers may process the data outside Switzerland; we use them only to receive and answer your enquiry. Access is restricted to QLERQS personnel who need it to handle your enquiry.

How to reach us

To request access, correction, blocking or deletion of your personal data, write to us at info@qlerqs.ch or by post at QLERQS GmbH, Leutschenstr. 1, 8807 Freienbach, Switzerland. Data we are required to keep for billing and accounting purposes is excluded from deletion.

Applicable law

The processing of personal data by QLERQS is governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction for any dispute is the registered office of QLERQS GmbH in Freienbach.

Data-protection clauses

  1. The customer authorises QLERQS GmbH to process, store and evaluate the data received in connection with the business relationship in accordance with the data protection laws.
  2. QLERQS stores and uses the personal data of the customer for the processing of orders and possible complaints, and may use the customer's email address for information letters regarding orders and for email advertising.
  3. QLERQS does not pass on any personal customer data to third parties — except service partners that strictly require the data for order processing, in which case the scope is limited to the minimum necessary.
  4. The customer has a right to information, correction, blocking and deletion of stored data. Data needed for billing and accounting purposes are excluded from deletion.
